The family that plays together stays together, your mother always said. And now you catch yourself saying it to your own kids. They must have inherited that gene too, because all three generations of your family have loved spending the week together at this fabulous new log cabin. Your mother has enjoyed belting out her favorite songs around the upright piano, while your dad hasn't been able to take his eyes off the custom support log, featuring carved likenesses of bears, eagles, owls and raccoons. Your own children have pretty much camped out in the game room with the pool, air hockey and card tables, but they've had plenty of room to play in the level yard, and there have also been DVDs and books to fill in their down time. You and your spouse have sneaked away a few times to enjoy the western red cedar sauna room, the views from the large deck and the hot tub under the gazebo. And with its blend of antiques and rustic Aspen log furnishings, this mountain lodge just a few miles outside Pigeon Forge is memorable inside and out.
