When the boss asked you to come up with a location for the company retreat, you hesitated. He's hard to please, so the pressure was on to find a mountain lodge that he wouldn't pick apart. Fortunately, Magnificent 7 came through, living up to its name in more ways than one. For starters, there are, in fact, seven bedrooms, which means there's more than enough room for the entire management team and even a few spouses. And this place is truly magnificent. The tricked-out game room, abundance of cable TVs and DVDs/VCRs, hot tub, gas fireplace and charcoal grill mean you all might actually loosen up enough to get something productive done on this trip. Even better, the boss likes the Western decor, he loves being close to the country-music shows in Pigeon Forge, and the wireless, high-speed Internet access meant his precious Blackberry was able to make the trip too. Best of all was that pat on the back he gave you. Those are hard to come by.
